1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

At Adepa Basket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there might be situations where items need to be returned or exchanged. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please refer to our eligibility criteria below:

General Guidelines:

  1. Timeframe:
    • Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    • A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process the return or exchange request.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable goods: Fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, and other items with limited shelf life.
  • Opened or partially used items: Items such as snacks, bread, or beverages that have been opened or consumed in part.
  • Personal care products: Health and beauty products, including skincare, haircare, and hygiene products, once opened or used.
  • Custom or personalized orders: Products tailored specifically to customer requirements, such as gift baskets with custom assortments.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for an exchange or a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear evidence of damage or defect (photos or videos) is provided when requesting a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  2. Provide your order details, receipt, and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for returning the item, including the return address.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days, subject to the availability of the replacement item.
